Thank you or your incredible support for the Global Seasoned Coaches Cafe that I did with Karen Kimsey-House and Shirzad Chamine. It was a pleasure to convene, a great turnout, and a bold step for the ICF to take. Shirzad, Karen & I were quite pleased with the level of conversation and the provocative directions that people want to take themselves, the community and the ICF.
So many people asked for more information about the findings. I have summarized the findings from the cafe and made them available on the SeasonedCoachesCircles.com website. I hope that the community, the individual coaches, and the ICF leadership will heed the findings and incorporate them into their thinking and understanding of our community. We closed the program - Take this conversation to the streets.
I look forward to MCA’s Seasoned Coaches Circle first meeting on Nov 30th.
The SeasonedCoachesCircles.com website is to inform and be a resource for using the conversation circle to engage the seasoned coaches in our communities. If you have any comments or suggestions about the site or the findings, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

I’ve tweaked the website a tad. Redid the front page and reordered the menu.

Wow! What great coverage. My article on Followership that I submitted to Corvus Enterprises’ Newsletter was picked up by Americoach for their newsletter as well.
The Subject is Followership: The Missing Leadership Component
I’ve been working with Americoach for almost a year now and absolutely love the work that Americoach is doing. Americoach is providing coaches for Americorps (domestic Peace Corps) volunteers. These are highly motivated, natural leaders, who grab onto coaching naturally and use it to the best advantage. Americorps Volunteers are awesome and I love working with them.

The new website has launched. It may take a day or two for the search function to work. But WAHOOO!!!

You know how sometimes life just keeps whacking you over the head with a silly stick. Well I kept struggling and struggling to make the new layout work - and it wouldn’t. I had to step back and follow my own model - which is outlined in the new site to see clearly what what was going on.
In the effort to be informative and inclusive - I got scattered and frustrated.
Listen to the message from relationship between Intimate and Ultimate - What really matters?
Simplify - Oh Yeah!
Tell the truth - it needs to be a lot simpler
Engage in the conversation that matters - oh yeah - that extra stuff doesn’t matter - get rid of it
Be Present.
Well - out went 10 pages, remove redundancies, relayout the menu, simplified

Well, attempted to post the site yesterday. This new site is far more complicated from my end. It is nearly twice the size and triple the material. Lots of final tweaks. With luck it will be up today. Sorry for the delay.
The good news is that in one of the tweaks I made yesterday I stumbled onto my new slogan/mantra. It actually got triggered by my thoughts on Sunday about loons diving deep.
