He is a thought-leader on green business including operating a triple-bottom-line manufacturing firm in Milwaukee for seven years. He has done extensive work in board and team leadership, strategic planning and integration, systems thinking, sustainability, ethics, and quality. He holds a Bachelors in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and has earned the LEED AP accreditation. He has considerable public speaking and leadership experience.
